Starting a session

Mathematica is currently available only on the DEC stations in room
1120 of the A.V. Williams building. It is also available on sparcee,
which is reserved for the sole use of EE students. To use Mathematica
from other Glue machines you could remote login to the machines that
have Mathematica on them and use the package.

To start Mathematica, you have to do the following:

	pascal:~: tap mathematica
	pascal:~: math

If you are on the DEC station in room 1120 ( A.V. Williams ), you could
also use the dash menu to start Mathamtica. You click on the
`Applications' menu with you left mouse button and then go to `Tap' and
finally to `m-z'. Clicking on mathmatica on this sub-menu will start
mathematica up for you.

On starting up Mathematica prints out In[1]:=, prompting you enter your first
line of input.
