Xiao’s Homepage

Welcome to my webpage. My name is Xiao Zhu Fan, but please call me Mike. This is my first and only webpage, so please excuse any of my many faults on this website.

 

Currently, I am a graduate student at the University of Maryland, College Park, in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) majoring in Electrical Engineering. I am working in the MEMS Actuator and Sensor Lab (MSAL) for my advisor Dr. Reza Ghodssi on the III-V MEMS for Integrative Optical Microsystems project. My research concentration is on the design of a feedback circuit for the chemical sensor resonator and the hybrid integration of silicon CMOS circuitry with III-V optical MEMS device.
